Oppo F11 Pro is going to be the next major release from Oppo. According to rumors and alleged benchmark results, this phone will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio P70 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM. Like other Oppo F series phones we have seen in Kenya, there is no doubt that it is going to marketed as one of the best camera phones in its class.
This phone will be equipped with dual rear camera system, consisting of a 48MP primary lens and a 5MP secondary lens. F11 Pro front facing camera is a pops-up. This has made it possible for Oppo to avoid notches and punch holes.
The rumors also suggest that this phone will have a 6.5-inch full HD display with 1080 pixels x 2340 pixels resolution. Oppo boasts of a 90.9% screen to body ratio. The F11 Pro will have two storage variants, 128GB and 64GB.
Judging from these specifications, this phone will face stiff competition from Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro. The Galaxy A50 is also a worthy competitor. These phones have so much in common. Pricing will obviously determine which one stands out.
Other expected specifications of the F11 Pro include a rear mounted fingerprint scanner, 4000mAh battery and VOOC 3.0 quick charging. According to the reports, two colors options will be available: Aurora Green and Thunder Black. This phone will be running on Android Pie with Color OS 6 on top out of the box.
All F series phones made by Oppo in the recent past made it to Kenya. It is highly likely that tis phone too will make it into the country. Only time will tell.
